MPC Foundation has been delivering impactful services and programs for seniors and older adults, while working alongside non-profits and community organizations to build capacities to achieve collective impact. We are focussed on creating and delivering programs and services to mitigate older adults' social isolation by creating community-based social hubs. We achieve that by:
- extensive relationship building with community-based organizations
- active use of community-based volunteers
- serving older adults right in the community
- innovation in program design & delivery to achieve meaningful impact
Our Story, Vision, Mission and Values

Aging should be celebrated, as older adults have innumerable assets and wisdom to contribute to the enrichment of society. We want older adults to feel valued, included and lead engaged and meaningful lives.
Mission:
We empower older adults to be catalysts for change in society while advocating for older adult wellness and increasing awareness of their valuable contributions to society.
Values:
We believe that older adults have unique contributions to make as community members, and that efforts must be made to advocate for and raise awareness of the benefits seniors provide to society.
