Prepare For Your immunization
We ask that all individuals wait in their cars until 5 minutes before their appointment and not arrive more than 10 minutes early.
Bring one piece of identification with you that proves your age, which could include your Alberta Health Care Card, a driver's license, Social Insurance Number, birth certificate, or passport.
Wear clothing that will easily allow access to your upper arm for receiving the immunization.

People born in 2009 or earlier who have not had a first or second dose of COVID-19 vaccine are encouraged to attend the clinics at:
