From Night to Light: A Comprehensive Self-Care Program
This program operates within small group settings, providing participants with the essential tools, resources, and knowledge required to comprehend the significance of establishing and sustaining good mental health.
MULTILINGUAL MENTAL HEALTH DEVELOPMENT
Throughout a six-week session, attendees convene on a weekly basis to acquire fundamental mental health concepts, engage in discussions, and partake in mutual learning. They also develop coping skills to manage everyday stresses effectively. Facilitating this program is an experienced Clinical Counsellor, and it is available in three languages: English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
